★★★★★“Merrick is awesome! A friend described him as having a magic wand and can fix anything. They were right! Our slide out on our class C motorhome was stuck out. Apparently the plug got unplugged and jammed on the outside. He kept working on it, till he got it working and then fixed it up so it won't (hopefully) happen again. Merrick is calm, professional, and knows his stuff! He's our go-to guy from now on! He is amazing!”

★★★★★“Merrick is fantastic. A little slow sometimes on response, but he's there and really knows his stuff. We had a slideout that wouldn't retract, had diagnosed it to a failed relay on the control board which Merrick confirmed. Got a replacement controller from Lippert and a marginal wiring diagram off the internet and with those in hand he had it repaired in about 30 minutes. All very professional! And, emphasis here, a really reasonable charge for the work.”
