Information you provide
When you request service, Merrick's Mobile RV Repair LLC collects the name, phone number, and message you submit so we can respond to your request and provide service. If you choose to opt in to text messages, we also keep that choice with your request.
How information is used
We use your information to respond to inquiries, arrange appointments, provide estimates, deliver service updates, and send invoices. When you submit the request form, your request is stored securely with our website provider, emailed to our business inbox, and added to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can reply and keep track of your service. If you use the chat window on our website, the messages and contact details you share there are also handled by our CRM provider. These providers only process your information to help us respond to you. We do not sell your information.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with, sold to, or bought by any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you opt in, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Text-message consent is optional and not a condition of purchase.
